- Business Solutions for Photographers -

(Plus a few discounts and freebies - just because.)

- Three of My Fave Services and Systems -

(And why they're worth the investment!)

Lensrentals

- equipment rental -

When I love a company I want to shout it from the rooftops, and man Lensrentals is one of those companies. They make it so easy for you to rent equipment by including return shipping labels and packing tape with the original shipment, their gear is always clean and well-serviced, and they've waived 1-day late fees for me more than once (read: Grade A customer service). I rent anything from them that it doesn't make sense for me to buy, and always, always rent before buying a new lens (Roger's Take has saved me from overspending many a time.) Click here to browse their site, and use code SARACOFFIN15 for 15% off your order!

Pixieset

- web/image hosting -

I use Pixieset not only to host all my client galleries - in relative perpetuity; it's an archive for all my delivered images - but also to host my website and client print storefront. It's truly a one-stop-shop, with each of their new offerings as good (or better) than the last. Their pricing is incredible, and platform it's so easy to use; even someone as technically challenged as me can create and keep-up a beautiful website. If you sign up for their free account to test them out, they'll give you 250MB of storage in addition to the three free 3GB if you use this link!

Dubsado

- customer relationship manager -

I truly don't know what I did before Dubsado. Actually, that's a lie. I know I spent a ton of time recreating the wheel. Dubsado has helped me to start automate emails, my booking process, tasks, and workflows. There's so much this platform is capable of, I'm honestly still learning it all, but if there's one thing I do know it's that they're committed to customer service and helping users find the best solutions for automating their business. Plus, they give you an unlimited free trial (up to three clients). If you're ready to pull the trigger, though, this link gets you 20% off your first month (or year)! Code "saracoffin."
