The Studio
Welcome to The Studio, a rentable, natural-light photography studio halfway between Raleigh and Pinehurst, NC. The Studio is located downtown Sanford on the second floor (walk-up access only) of a historic two-story building.

BOOK YOUR SESSION
In addition to approximately 1000sq feet of open photography space, there are five neutral backdrops (white, black, tan, cream, and chestnut), two C-stands, a full-body reflector and a selection of seating props to accommodate your client’s style and needs. Additionally the space includes a work-desk for up-to-six people, a changing room, upstairs bathroom and coffee station.
Photography Rental Pricing
$125 for 2/hrs
$250 for 4/hrs
$500 for 9/hrs
All rental time includes your load in and load out time; arrival prior to your scheduled time will not be accommodated and departure past your rental’s end will be subject to additional fees at the prorated hourly rate of $75/hr.
A credit card will be placed on file at the time of your booking and will be charged for the full amount if you fail to show at the time of rental, or if a studio item is damaged under your rental. Contents of The Studio will be examined pre and post shoot, and there will be a person on staff to let you in the building and lock-up behind you for quality control.
